overnight for business The girl at the counter was pleasant enough but did not speak English well. The hotel is very dated. The room was horribly hot when I got in there. The room needs UPDATING!!! The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a backache. I felt like I had stayed at a 1 star hotel. I can't believe this hotel was rated a 3 star. There was a smell to the room. Old & Worn out!! This hotel ooks pretty good from the outside and lobby, then u enter your room and the carpets in hallway and room are very dirty and stained, beds are hard as a rock. If you read the pamphlet they give you at check in....it says your room may not be cleaned everyday....your room gets cleaned more often if your in a more expensive room.....so if you want clean towels....you have to take them to the front desk and trade your dirty ones in for new ones....everything at this hotel seems like its a up charge or ... read more

Would not stay here again. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but smoke was so strong in the walls and started coming into room. Check out was at 11am and they called my room at 11:07 to see if I was checking out or not. Will never stay again.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in This started out on a low note when I called the hotel to confirm that the room had 2 beds & was non-smoking as it was not clear at the time of the reservation. The clerk I spoke with was uninterested, unhelpful & uninvolved. I hung up in disgust & called back in 2 hours to speak with a manager . I got him again & was told there would not be a manager in for 2 more days & he was there alone with the housekeeping.
