One of the worst hotels I have stayed in This started out on a low note when I called the hotel to confirm that the room had 2 beds & was non-smoking as it was not clear at the time of the reservation. The clerk I spoke with was uninterested, unhelpful & uninvolved. I hung up in disgust & called back in 2 hours to speak with a manager . I got him again & was told there would not be a manager in for 2 more days & he was there alone with the housekeeping. Disgustihg my non smoking room was complete with ash tray and reeked of smoking...the halls reeked as well,,,,the carpets are filthy and cleaning a room is obviously optional for the staff. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Your on your own! Charging extra in order to have a decent enough internet stream to be able to watch Netfix on my personal computer was shady... I have never had to upgrade and pay extra in any other hotel in order to view movies. The unit itself was dirty, floors sticky and they did not replentish towels or clean sheets over my three day stay. No house cleaning service at all. You get exactly what you pay for.....not much If you're going to fly out of KCI, it's not a bad rate for a one night stay and being close to the airport. The rooms are dirty, stained and show signs of wear from who knows what. The halls smell of something horrible and you have the luxury of hearing everything someone is saying 6 rooms away. Won't stay again or recommend This hotel needs updated. The front desk was too busy on the phones when we arrived to check in, Our bathroom was dirty, the fridge banged all night and our bed sheets had blood stains on it. Absolutely disgusting. I will not recommend to anyone.

Double check The hotel is in serious need of replacing the mattresses on beds and on sofa beds. The mattresses make noise and are very uncomfortable worn, sofa sleeper mattress worn and could feel the bars in the mattress when sleeping. No breakfast service.
