Dirty, and not well maintained. The room had trash in one of the corners and dead bugs and mold in the window. Also the chain lock was broken off as well as the entire shower faucet came off when my son turned the water on.

The room has an odor, their is no ice machine in the building. And the refrigerator wasnt even turned on. So nothing i purchased was kept cold. When i phoned the staff about the problem i was given ice trays. Please tell me how i can make ice in a freezer that is not cold, and smells bad. Not a happy experience, and i won't be staying here again

Great Customer Service! Terrible hotel First impression - Front desk staff gets 10/10 they were very accommodating and the room smelt lovely when I entered. Seems like nothing works... 1. I had no remote in my room so I picked up the phone to dial front desk and the phone had no dial tone. 2. Nice hotel, needs maintenance, not so nice staff The room we stayed in was clean and updated. The issue we had with this hotel was their maintenance of their building itself. We stayed for 3 nights and often used the side door closest to our room and parking. The entire time the door would get stuck between an open and lock position. You would get a green light that it was unlocked but it wouldn't open unless you used some strength. Outdated place to sleep Dingy hotel with outdated kitchenette. No silverware, plates, pots pans or other cooking utensils anywhere. Everything needs an updating. Staff was nowhere around at check in. We had to call and call the front desk and nobody answered. Finally someone comes around the corner after several minutes.Guests in line behind me were frustrated. No hot breakfast; grab and go "snacks" only. Bed was comfortable and linens/towels looked clean, but that was about it. Entire hotel reeked of a musty smell.

Not worth it Upon arrival, we opened the windows and there was a cigarette butt waded up in a paper towel. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink, but they did come fix it. The front burner of the stove was broke. They did fix as well. Requested kitchen utensils and cookware, had to wash them before we could use them. There was mold under the sink in the kitchen. Loud drunkenness throughout night. Room reeked of cat urine. Pillows smelled moldy. A/C did not cool room. No early morning airport shuttle which resulted in need for cab. Front desk staff instructed us to be in lobby at 345am No cab at 420am then finally arrived but could not accommodate party of 8. Yellow Cab driver was extremely rude & drove off. Definitely wasn't a relaxing environment The door wouldn't properly shut. From the inside the latch would keep people out but when we had to leave for dinner, we would shut the door and it looked shut but you just gave it a little push and it easily opened. So I told the staff and they wouldn't even go look at the problem, instead she says to slam the door as hard as we could while yanking hard on the handle. Seriously people?

Not a place i would want to revisit. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy. The room was saturated with the previous person's cheap cologne, but the hotel provided fabreeze. Overall, the room was run down/built the cheapest way possible, and the continental breakfast was a joke. Some packaged bars, oatmeal, and cheap muffins along with bad coffee. Thep staff were friendly though.
