The checking and first impressions were great. We are very happy with this stay.
Meh... average stay The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The shower was also flowing well. Furnishings and appliances were very dated and even moldy in places. We were able to check in early, which I appreciated. Every morning, however, we had to walk through a gauntlet of smokers sitting on the steps and hovering around the parking lot. Somewhat unsettling.

The rooms are older, but clean. All of the staff were nice and professional. During April 2025, there was road construction on the streets in front of the hotel so it was a little tricky driving onto the property.

Front office staff was courteous and handled any issues I had with professionalism and fast. The continental breakfast is blah could add more choices to eat. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Hotel was very clean and smelled clean! Customer service was friendly and helpful! My second time staying there, I would stay again! Next time I’ll have to ask for a room that’s closer to the elevator ! I was all the way to then end of the hall and with bad knees it was a struggle for me!! Otherwise a pretty nice hotel for the room price!

Front desk was amazing. Walking distance to the plaza and Westport. Full kitchen in the room. We will definitely be coming back
