Great front desk service. Professional and friendly. AC working great but a bit loud. Room clean.

Good location. Fair price.
Property is older and shows its age. But also looked as if there had been updates made such as the flooring. Large free parking. Great location especially close to KCI art institute. Staff was very friendly. I was not expecting much and ended up being pleasantly surprised!

Great location, but the property is run down and needs updated badly
Bed super hard, no real comforter. Awesome kitchen set up, everything worked real well. Room was either hot or freezing, hard to regulate temp Not bad overall so a short stay, not sure how people could live there long term.
