Needs care The place needs to be updated. I realize that construction was going on but it should have been some notice. The fact that the website says there’s breakfast but not true.

Things I look for in these reviews- Safe for my family? Yes. We didn’t feel unsafe. Lobby and hallways smelled like weed but I found out it’s legal in Missouri so it’s not the hotel’s fault. Beds comfortable? Nope! Hard as a rock, very uncomfortable and not very many pillows. Woke up sore in the morning. The front desk was very helpful and nice! TT Check in experience to my room was not so pleasant, what I found in my room I’d rather not post on here, but was quickly offered another room that was okay, plus a refund for (1) nights stay. Being in the Plaza District in KC, I thought the hotel was a lil dated, could use some fresh’n up, but overall served it’s purpose…close to shopping and restaurants.
