The staff definitely needs to be more pro active. Our room was 222, but it was on the 3rd floor. One would think staff alerts to this. We got off on the 2nd floor and dragged our luggage all over gods creation. Breakfast hours, wifi password... All I had to go back to the lobby for bc our phone in the room was not working.
Good stay but dont like the elevators. They are kind of scary as the doora opened and closed and had to push the button 3 times to get it to go up to 3rd floor. Had only one comfy chair in the room and it needed cleaning. Other than that a nice stay!

Reserved a kitchenette, place was clean, Adam was polite we he checked us in. I had reserved a coffee pot for our room, Adam said he would deliver it, he did not...Upon entering our room there was a large puddle of water on the floor and a small lake outside the door in the open walkway. I had to walk back to the front office to let them know about the puddle and the lake..
