Business trip The hotel is just ok ,but not enough kind of breakfast, only bread ,oragge,apple,etc no eggs no milk that is too bad
Comfortable stay It was a comfortable stay in a good neighborhood.
Good Room For a one night stay it's definitely solid.

business stay Small crowded room and noisy customer traffic frequently in hallway at late hours. Noise not really hotel's fault, but a lot of inconsiderate guests here. advertized breakfast included was sparse selection.

Bad customer service Customer service is poor and rude.
Staff was polite and courteous. The room was nice and big with great features of the kitchenette and separate sitting area. The hotel itself was clean and maintained. The location of the hotel is in close proximity of many surrounding restaurants and is just off of I-435.

Pet friendly?? They say pets allowed and don't mention that they are going to charge you an additional $25 per night. I would never have stayed there at that price.
