Pretty rough--but priced accordingly I needed a room for a last-minute overnight stay in Overland Park and prices for higher-rated hotel brands seemed unusually high. My wife and I didn't need more than a place to sleep, so I opted for this less-expensive option. Sometimes you get what you pay for, you know? Terrible Hotel pull out bed mattress was yellow… hallways smelt like weed… there were other guests having a party in the parking lot with loud music and everything at night…
