I stayed here for two weeks & they did not clean the room one time.

Pretty rough--but priced accordingly I needed a room for a last-minute overnight stay in Overland Park and prices for higher-rated hotel brands seemed unusually high. My wife and I didn't need more than a place to sleep, so I opted for this less-expensive option. Sometimes you get what you pay for, you know? The bed was assuredly not actually queen-sized ... the bedspread had a 1-inch square hole carved out of it (I turned back the bed upon arrival so my wife wouldn't notice that!) ... the bathtub faucet ran at little more t... read more

The entire hotel smelled like pot! Our room was clean and smelled just fine, but the minute you stepped into the hallway…pot. Staff was very nice.

First room they put us in wasn’t cleaned. So we moved rooms and after being asked if we have a dog, was put right next to a room with a dog and loud adults

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Manger was very helpful in changing rooms. Overnight female was excellent and super friendly.
