Room was spacious and clean. We had a very quiet night. Only downside from our perspective was no ice machine. Stfaf offerred trays for the freezer, but as we were only staying overnight, that didn't do us much good.

It was clean and quiet. Not a 5 star, but if you are looking for a clean room, great service, and a good location, this is the place!

I remember this chain of hotel being “cleaner”. I used to always stay at Extended Stays all around Kansas City area and this one was unusually dirty, felt somewhat unsafe, and noisy. Faucets were loose, barstools were filthy, allowed smoking close enough to front doors that is all you smell. People were smoking weed in the side parking lot. You could see light from top and bottom of doors.

Not the best. Rough clientele. Incidentals charge was $100…..clerk says it “keeps the riff raff out.”I wouldn’t bring my wife to stay here. I chose this hotel because of the low price. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.”
