Very Good Experience I booked online with Hotels.com however, due to a power outage from a storm, the hotel was only accepting reservations made through the hotel. I had traveled 2 hours to the hotel not knowing any of this...but, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to find a room for me. It was a very nice room with good accommodations and I will be forever grateful for his kindness. I will certainly stay there again on return trips.

Employee Overturn-Needs Customer Service Help I stayed at this location before and it was very good; I could tell that they had a huge staff change. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk the lady was sitting talking with another guest and she promptly came to check me in. There was no issue until I arrived to my room and only had 2 towels and called down for more(there were 3 people).
