Great room, location, and service! This was my second stay, and both times the manager has personally checked the room for cleanliness and that everything was working. I asked for extra blankets and pillows and her returned with them < 10 minutes. That's amazing! At other hotels (some that were notably more luxurious) I've waited for an hour or forever with no blanket/pillow.
