Repeated customer Staff is always cery polite, and attentive, is located in a great spot and rooms are clean

I liked that the rooms were spacious and clean and they provided kitchen ware which is great!! Didnt like that some of the lamps didnt work but other than that the room and the staff was great!!!

Good, just needs more cleaning I was glad to stay in a place with a kitchenette. It really helped when traveling with kids. They also provided us with some dishes when I asked at check in. When we got there, check in was easy and quick. All through the stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They only had grab-and-go breakfast items (muffins, oatmeal, granola bars) but that was fine for our purposes of travel. Our stay was fairly decent. Stay somewhere else We came to celebrate birthday weekends and go to the Chiefs game. We are familiar with KC and wanted to stay a little away from downtown to save a lot of money. Next time I would almost rather spend the $200+ per night. When we got there it felt like a dorm. It smelled weird, like if old smoke and BO throughout the whole place. It was dark and dingy.
