Having never stayed at an extended stay hotel. I wasnt aware basic toiletries wouldn't be supplied. I feel I should've been told I wouldn't have toilet tissue in the rm.

Good night's sleep. No blow dryer in the room, didn't ask for one, not sure if they would have had one or not. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Nice area, easy to find.

There was no hot water. Other than that everything was fine.

Ok but won't stay again. Location was great. About 5 mins from oak park mall. Right near highway to access legends and other sights. Room was basic. Kitchen had no utensils or pots or pans. The cabinets were empty. The overlay on the bed had a bad body odor smell. The smell was not good around us in the hallways as well. You get what you pay for!! I didn't care for the room, at all. The smell was horrible. The kitchen was gross. The chairs were dirty as well as the curtains. The bathroom sink was clogged. Had to use the kitchen sink.
Bad Overall Experience =( My experience was not good I booked a King bed one week early. On day of arrival was informed they overbooked I was downsized to a queen .. It was actually a full size bed not a queen . Dishes were all over the hallway floor in front of four rooms all day , Wifi didn't work. Toliet didn't work , no toilet paper .. Bed was full size and not comfortable. But the room smelled good and the staff was polite..
