Room wasnt very clean and didnt smell great. Steak bones under bed. dog toys under bed and by couch chair

Will not recommend Bed was hard. Could. Ot recliner to recline. No dish ware in room. Needed deposit for coffee maker. Roach in bathroom, drawers in dresser did not stay closed. Went to desk to get dish ware, no one was there. Could not leave trash in room, had to place in “trash room”. Morning of departure we went outside our room, hallway stunk (our room across from trash room). Opened the door and trash was all over the floor and we gagged on the Stench.

Ruslan was great during the check-in process and got us all of the soaps we needed. It was appreciated after 11 hours on the road in a hot U-Haul.

My bathroom was dirty, had a horrible smell. The toilet made a loud screeching noise when you flushed it. I had a dead spider in my shower.

I was satisfied with the hotel but a person in next room was noisy and I couldn't sleep well
