come prepared The staff was accommodating and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The property was a dump! I booked and extended stay so I wouldn't have to go out to eat. I arrived and there were no pans, dishes, kitchen towels, utensils or even a garbage can - the place was bare! I had to ask for pans to cook and a cup and dish to eat off of. No hair dryer. Overland Large room... uncomfortable bed...2 small pillows on a King size bed??... no furniture...exposed wiring...the place needs an interior makeover!

I asked for a couple of extra pillows. I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. There were no dishes for using the kitchen facilities.

My first and last extended stay There were long black hairs in the bed linens, in the towels, in the shower, and on the ceiling of the shower. The room had an odor of a wet dog, the bathtub did not drain whatsoever, and there is an unknown brown substance on the curtain rod that looks like feces. Lastly, I may have overlooked it, but it would be nice to know that the room with a kitchenette had no pots, pans, cutlery, cups, or plates. Zero kitchen utensils. Decent value. Overall average. We liked the value for a small suite with kitchenette. However, the sink drains were all plugged, there were no kitchen supplies (advertized to be there) and we received only tiny amount when requested and no coffeemaker (advertized to be there) and no coffeemaker available when requested. Therefore kitchenette was of minimal use. Room was clean overall and stay was pleasant with exception of kitchenette.

Carpet in need of replacement. Large ants in bathroom. NO coffee pot in suite. None available due to Covid. NO coffee in lobby. Smell of cigarette smoke near our 3rd floor room.

Friendly staff—people smoke inside :( Carpet is filthy and stained, people have been smoking inside.
