Adequate but skimpy Clean and Quiet. Bed was a slab of granite but we slept well.
Good value for the monies In K.C. for a board meeting, and could not get into the regular motel/hotel, that usually stay at. When I was in K.C. on business a few years ago thought of Extended Stay. Because all that was going on at K.C., and I don't know why, E.S.A. had room at a great rate. Booked it, and glad I did, when arrived desk told me they were booked solid. Rooms were clean, and staff very friendly and helpful.
Not bad for the price Hotel was clean on check in. Didn't notice that housekeeping is only weekly unless you pay more. Great quiet location. Confortable bed that gave us some of the best sleep we had in a while. The only negative things are had to ask for shampoo and a blow dryer. The staff was very helpful and friendly with our needs. I will look forward to staying there again in the future.
very nice for the price One night stay was nice for the price bed a little on the hard side but overall good
The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it realed with cigarette smoke and there was a roach in the room. The bathroom floor was disgusting, it looked like it has not been scrubbed. Disappointing. room

Refused check in as they were in the middle of night audit. Asked to wait 30-minutes. Window to room was left open by staff when we opened the door initially and it was 19 degrees outside. Heat barely worked and after adjusted it to 90 degrees we woke up in the morning sweaty. The floors were filthy. Could smell drug use in the building. Shower water temp would not regulate and go from cold to scolding hot. Will never recommend or stay there again.
