The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the shower had about 20 seconds of lukewarm water before being freezing cold both in the morning and at night. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and small prepackaged cupcakes. Won’t be going back.

The front door clerk was rude. The bathroom was filthy, and the towels were aged and cheap. The location was good, but parking was limited.

Kaylee and Grant at the front desk were outstanding! They delivered excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very nice area, good for walking, close to the highway and all kinds of shopping. Now the hotel... the website is a lie. The room was only surface clean, needed a deep clean everywhere. The floors were done with what must have been a sticky squeaky disinfectant spray. I had 2 rooms reserved and when I arrived I was told that only 1 room was ready. the clerk explained the second room had been damaged and they were cleaning another for me. 45 minutes later I finally got the room.
