Dirty and broken room Awful service! We got the broken room - broken computer desk. Sleeper sofa’s mattress smells so awful and very dirty! I requested to clean the room and get clean towels and bed sets. They never show up to give us clean towels or bed sets. They never show up to clean the room. We paid $400 for three nights in a dirty room. Awful service! Room #250.

too many mistakes were made on my reservation i did not have a bedroon, then when i got. abedroom it was dirty and i hve to go to another one. The whole thing took 45 min

Not happy at all I never checked in. I waited at the front desk for an hour. Called hotel the phone just rang over and over. Contacted the after hours number spoke to serveral people to be told there was nothing they could do. Several guests tried to help me.I was provided a compliance number. I will be contacting them as the hotel is trying to charge me.

I still got charged even though the front desk turned us away and said we got double booked so I need a refund or someone to issue me a free room

I didn’t stay. The hotel was so subpar I asked for a refund and booked somewhere else. I do want to say that the staff was super nice and accommodating.
