It was close to my destination. Smelled like Marijuana & cigarette smoke. Heater did not work. Secondary lock missing from door.

Check in was okay however when I went back for an extra key Chris was on her phone and after 5 mins I finally spoke up and asked for some help. She seemed bothered, threw her phone down, and asked what my name was. When I got to the room, the room was not clean and smelled like cigarettes. The shower did not work properly nor did the TV (no signal). To make it even better, there was music/yelling all night so no one was able to sleep. Tried looking elsewhere but due to soccer tournaments all over town, nothing was available.

This was a Sh__ Hole! Don't stay here! The room smelled like Dog P__! The floors were filthy. There was no cups in the room, no hangers, no coffee maker and it cost 2 dollars for bottle of water...if the machine doesn't take your money! Which forget about getting your money back. The day shift clerk was a total A__ Hole! I had to beg for 2 glasses. The hotel doesn't own the vending machine, so they have NO control over the machine. Very dissapointed We were so disappointing to find such a run down hotel in the middle of Overland Park. There were stains on the carpeting and appliances. The counter is de-laminating. The light in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Just over all dirty with bent up appliances. The elevator and hallway leading to our room (342) was filthy. I understand that they don't provide room service for short stays but they should be vacuuming and cleaning the rest of the place.

Would not stay here again. They weren’t not accommodating for any changes. I understand that they don’t have to do anything, but they weren’t willing to even listen or check into situations. We had a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke. Like they had just bombed to cover the smell. Not just our room but the halls, walls, and floor was so dirty, unkempt. It was a yucky feeling.
