Room needs some deep clean and vacuum, a/c broken. The carpet needed to be vacuumed as there were crumbs and dirt sticking to my feet as I walked around. Footstool had large stain on it. Corners of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom need vacuum and scrub. Some fixtures need updating - knobs on bathroom sink stuck and water drained in sink verrrrrrry slowly. Not Bad, Not Great Beds were small, no ashtray in our smoking room, and they didnt even know where to find extra coffee for our room. Wasnt as nice as pictured but wasnt terrible.

this MOTEL is ok-nothing great Our room keys had to be programmed three times & we only stayed the one night. The rooms were a little run down but clean. Lack of amenties at this property, they don't even offer a free breakfast that you can sit down at, just some pasteries/coffee/fruit to go.

Kansas Stay Stayed at the hotel when my normal hotel filled unexpectedly. I chose it for it's price and location, but was plesantly suprised. The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. All and all it was a delightful suprise.
