Great Deal! Hotel had friendly service, low prices and nice accommodations. The rooms are more like a single studio apartment as they have a full size fridge, stove, a couple sets of silverware, a dish rack and kitchen area. They are made for extended stays but do well as a low price accommodation too. Bathroom was clean and the air conditioning worked great, but was quiet too.

ok place No shower curtain in shower. No shampoo. Large tear in bathroom flooring. Otherwise ok, a free breakfast would have been a nice touch to make up for deficiencies in the room quality.

For the price it can't be beat! I liked everything about my stay, it was right off the highway, the room was roomy, there was more than enough towels, the staff was friendly, had the appliances to cook or warm up food if need be, plenty of parking space next to the room. If there was anything bad to say about the room it would be that the TV was old, mind you it had a good picture but it was small and old! For the price of the room, The TV suited me fine! The next time i return home i'll want to stay there!

Beds and floors The room wasn't very clean, the floors were dirty, one of the bedspreads had holes in it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

my review needed more houseware items more cups only 1 in room ,no lotions shampoos ,no plates .clean room but was not ready at 330 pm i would go back but would ask for additional items

Homestead in KC There was a mix up in our room. It had not been cleaned when we got there at 9:00 PM. After contacting the office they switched our room to a nicer one and more convenient one. The lady was very helpful. I do think that even though they are an extended stay hotel they could provide hair dryers and disposable cups to brush your teeth with.

Nice room nice room for the price with a kitchenette, so great for short term stays.. the room was a bit of a walk from my parking spot though.
