Nice for 1 night Well the room was more than I expected with the small kitchen area nice size fig and freezer pots pans ect...Was clean...If the company would spend a bit on the beds would have rated this stay 5 stars..The bed sucked I slep better on the floor...Ok for 1 night for the price... If your staying 1 night its fine for the price....2 nights or more don't think about it. They were remodleing some rooms while I was there, new carpet in the room I was in....Maybe they are fixing the plce up. Pray for new beds did I m... read more

basic stay I realy liked the location and the ouside of the hotel,Cute. As for the room itself and the service, Not so much. The room smelt like a bar and a kitty litter box mixed. I requested a non-smoking room and did not receive it. They would not move me to a room that wasnt smoking and kept repeating that I got the deluxe room, that makes me fearful of what the other rooms were. Good Value for the Price We found it to be clean, and very conveniently located to our needs. The hotel was close to many different restaurants, and we liked having the refrigerator in our rooms.

The Homestead - Merriam Kansas I was looking for a clean save place to sleep... I didn't need a pool or hot tub, I didn't want a dry donut and muddy coffee in the morning, I just needed to sleep. When I arrived during a blizzard, my room was warm, the bed was not plush but it worked. I took a hot shower and watched a episode of DOG, and Man -vs- Wild and fell asleep. Great value for the money.

Impressed Very impressed, I hope to return. The only dislike was that the heater control had the knobs and markings removed so I couldn't control the heat very well. Need to provide a pair of pliers to work what remained of the controls.

great location and price did not realize it was an extended stay hotel when we booked for just the night but the fact that we were traveling in december it could have turned into a good thing with the weather forecasted for the weekend will definitely look for this type again and maybe make it a weekend stay being able to have kitchen there and not having to pay restaurant prices
