The hotel staff was not entirely friendly. It almost felt as if I was a burden when checking in, asking for additional towels, or just interacting with anyone during my visit. There was no room service in the three nights I stayed, and when I needed clean towels, I had to return my dirty towels myself and then I could ask for new towels. Light bulbs were burnt out in our room and the vent on the stove was off before we even arrived.

So so Check in was good. Our room had stains all over the floor and a weird smell in it as if maybe people had smoked in it. Once we pulled the sheets back we did see a burn hole from a cigarette so why they would put that back on the bed I don't know. Love having the kitchen and stuff available. There was no screen on one window and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff were really great and friendly without being too intrusive as some can be. However the room wasn't exactly clean... Somebody else's hair was on the shower wall and there was an old package of turkey in the refrigerator. The location was easy enough to access and get in and out of quickly, and was just a quick drive to everything I needed to attend. However simple things like needing to pick up something from Walgreens or the gas station ended up with me having to drive an additional 20 minutes as there were really ... read more

A little noisy from time to time but overall I had a good stay.

Traveling with 3 children. First room they sent us to hadn't been cleaned yet so I had to drag all 3 children back to the reception desk. Receptionist was nice enough to check the second room before she sent us to it. Overall everything was fine.

Meh It was adequate, but not more than that. The staff was great, but it was loud and not super clean. Not dirty, but just not super clean. The morning "breakfast" was nothing to get up early for either. The bed had a sheet and a hotel bedspread - that's all. I had to get a blanket from the desk and it looked about 50 years old.
