Poor housekeeping! Front lobby rug is nasty. If you're not going to clean it, throw it away. Every surface in my room was dirty. Crumbs around TV. Bathroom floor not swept or mopped. Kitchen floor not mopped. Counter top had juice stains.

The hotel staff was not entirely friendly. It almost felt as if I was a burden when checking in, asking for additional towels, or just interacting with anyone during my visit. There was no room service in the three nights I stayed, and when I needed clean towels, I had to return my dirty towels myself and then I could ask for new towels. Light bulbs were burnt out in our room and the vent on the stove was off before we even arrived.

So so Check in was good. Our room had stains all over the floor and a weird smell in it as if maybe people had smoked in it. Once we pulled the sheets back we did see a burn hole from a cigarette so why they would put that back on the bed I don't know. Love having the kitchen and stuff available. There was no screen on one window and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff were really great and friendly without being too intrusive as some can be. However the room wasn't exactly clean... Somebody else's hair was on the shower wall and there was an old package of turkey in the refrigerator. The location was easy enough to access and get in and out of quickly, and was just a quick drive to everything I needed to attend.
