Disapointed Location for us was right where we needed to be. The hotel was a little dated but the reason for the not great rating was this was a kitchen unit and there was nothing in the kitchen but a trash can and a dish towel. The unit did have a microwave, stove and frig. No cups - not even cheap throw away. Nothing to cook with or eat with.

If I would have paid full price, I would have been disappointed for the lack of breakfast. I do understand that you get a kitchen, but I was not looking for a kitchen. I like hotels.com
