Lots of Rough People There was lots of stuff going on in the parking lot. People hanging out. And some people had dogs in the rooms. Didn't feel very safe. My advice find another hotel.

Rough Hotel, but . . . Great Staff and Location Really nice, helpful staff. I needed to extend my stay for an extra day. Even though they were sold out, they were able to accomodate me. On the down side, the rooms are pretty worn out and don't feel completely clean. Overall, a very handy place to stay.

Fine hotel for business travelers The hotel we stayed at was fine. It's not a premium property but the beds and room were clean, the bathroom was fine, and the flatscreen TV had a remote and channel guide right next to it.

Pleasant surprise After reading some reviews, I was hesitant but booked room due location close to friends location and our planned activities. Rate was very good considering there was UK home ballgame that weekend. Room appeared to be recently painted & some floor coverings replaced. Carpet was old but seemed clean. No problems with water or A/C. I did have to change rooms, a minor glitch, nothing major. I did not expect a 5 star hotel for the rate I paid and think it was a good value. I would stay there again. I really enjoyed my stay at the Extented Stay America Lexington-Nicholasville Road. I am looking forward to stay at this motel in December. I hoping to be engaged during this time.
