Extended Stay America, Tates Creek Road, Lexington The room was very, very clean (which is a must for me), and the hotel staff was wonderful.

Good if you need a kitchen; otherwise, nah. Outdated, but that didn't bother me. Cleanliness was average; needs some detail work (dust bunnies in the AC unit) and new caulk in the bathroom would do wonders to make it look cleaner. Staff nice. Cut through the back parking lot for a good Japanese restaurant, and it's near a gas station, drug store, and a couple other restaurants. However, my biggest problem is the lack of hair dryers! I had to show up to run a seminar that day with wet hair. I may not stay there next time.

Big spacious room at an affordable rate I made reservations late night. Got there, the attendant was very friendly. She looked it up and withon a few minutes i was in my room. Great place for a great price.

Needs a brush..both paint and cleaning The staff was great. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room, especially the bath, was dirty. The door to the exterior, on the inside of the hotel, could use a paint job. The roon also smelled smokey which the staff did correct. But I wish it had been a little cleaner. The nieghborhood was great and it was quiet. No elevator. I also found it interesting at breakfast they offered oatmeal packs, but no milk.

Mix Up! Upon arrival before 4p we were told there was no room. The gal, who was not wearing an ID, said I had not secured the room with a credit card. Yes, I had. My husband pointed out we had a confirmation number. There was not the type of room availableI had arraanged. I asked for her to make it right so we were downsized and she charged my credit card. Mysterious black hand prints..... My room had black hand prints about the suite, on the door, the walls, above the bed at the smoke detector, and at the center of the wall above the headboard of the bed. The kitchen was badly in need of renovating, the drawer next to the stove was barely hanging on. The furniture had seen its better days rough, I mean rough.
