There were no plates, silverware or anything else in the kitchen. The front desk could not even give us a paper plate, napkin or plasticware. If the beds weren't comfortable, I would have given it a 1 star because the room was in disrepair. I was hoping that it would work out for us, since I am in that area several times a year, but we won't be back.

Room had a strange smell, ran out of coffee before breakfast was over. Room was dirty they didn’t have any other rooms.

Toilet ran. Fridge compressor about to go kaput. Floors were sticky.

Staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the conditions of the room was very poor: smell of smoke in the lobby, dirty floors, the sheets on the bed still had hair from the previous person staying there.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. The facility is outdated, decrepit depressing dark odiferous stay away, unless you have no alternative.

The A/C in the room was frozen over and leaking, never worked properly. Everything was very outdated and old. Back door broke to enter from the back parking lot. Chose because of location but will not stay there again.

Dated and ever-present odor. Although not of relevance to me, I’m not sure how someone in a wheelchair can navigate this hotel. You have to walk upstairs to get to office (there is a makeshift elevator to navigate this part) but then after check in you have to walk up stairs to get to rooms and then navigate a spiral staircase to go up or down. Housekeeping never came by to throw trash away or change towels. The whole hotel smelled like smoke even though it’s suppose to be non smoking.
