Great overall except limited disability access to breakfast. Was visiting relatives so only interested in coffee so manageable but surprising with the rest of facilities including wheelchair ramp etc

It was noisy. Standing water in the shower. I slept little because sounds travel readily from other rooms. The room itself was fine.

I can understand how uncomfortable it was to have the shower not drain properly. We will have our maintenance engineer rectify this issue. It is nice to know that the room overall was fine, except for noises that do travel. We always have someone on property to handle any noise complaints. Clean, Inexpensive Room with a Kitchen Check in was smooth at the Extended Stay America. Employee was very pleasant. It is now a non-smoking hotel, but the evidence (smell) of smoking once being allowed was evident in the lobby. I didn't notice it once I got the room, so either it was less strong or I adjusted to it quickly. In the morning ESA provides a basic Grab & Go area with coffee, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and fruit (apples and oranges). Smoke odor is difficult to combat but enforcing the policy of not smoking near our entrance will eliminate the odor from coming into our lobby area. Very quiet Everything I expected. Great sound barriers keeping busy road noise out. Exceptionally quiet inside even though the hotel was quite full.
Would stay again Besides a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, and my room being right next to the entrance side door which was being slammed all night the stay was overall well. Room was spacious, bed was okay. Front desk staff were amazing.

TV JAPAN この値段でＴＶ ＪＡＰＡＮを見れるホテルはなかなか無い。冷蔵庫も大きくﾃｰﾌﾞﾙで作業しながら、ちょいとビールが良いんだな～。 意外とこの大きさが私の生活スタイルにマッチして気楽な生活が楽しめました。 キッチンがあるので、そこそこ滞在型には、十分だと思います。
Couldn't ask for a better stay! We arrived an hour before check-in time hoping to be able to check in early. We needed to get dressed for a wedding. Our room was not ready but the desk clerk let us use another vacant room to get dressed. They were extremely accommodating to our needs! When. We came back after the wedding, we found they had upgraded us for free to a better room than we had reserved! The room was spotless. We will definitely stay again!
