Decent and great price. Considering all rooms have a full size frig, stove, and oven plus big microwave, the price is great. And our basic room had plenty of space. Hall way smelled vaguely of smokers but our room did not. Noisy air con, but instead we opened the window - being ABLE to open a window is another plus.

Extended Stay at Tates Creek, Georgia You get what you get for the price. Reasonably priced in the area. Room was clean and adequate however in greatly need of an update especially the bathroom fixtures. Outdoor swimming pool was nice, very clean. No elevator, sprial staircase to the third floor may be a problem for others.

Average but nice Found the hotel to be comfortable and the service very friendly and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and generally clean - hotel could use a deep cleaning everywhere however. While we were disappointed there was no continental b-fast, the kitchen was great - plates, pots, utensils provided. Tho our floor was non smoking, smoke is smelled when you enter lobby and the slightest smell in our room. Would stay again at the price paid through Expedia - not at hotel price.

Nice hotel when you need the kitchen It is too bad that we didnt need the kitchen facilities- would have like the extra couch bed or another bed in the room as i thought i was reserving. No Breakfast in the morning - would have been nice to have something more than coffee which always seemed to be out when i went to get some. Facility was close to everything i needed even a Waffle house in walking distance- pretty area.

convenient but not spectacular stairwells had a funky odor to them. room was quite dated, and the kitchenette equipment did not all work properly. No real complaints, though, and I would probably stay here again if the price is lower than other options.

Lexington Extended Stay Clean rooms and public areas. Only complaint is only two pillows (and they were puny)
