Asking for towels soap and normal hotel amenities because there is no house keeping for stays less than 7 days is ridiculous for business travel. I even had to request hangers! The staff was nice but basically it’s just a place to lay your head.

Ants in bed Had ants in the room woke up at 5am because we had ants crawling all over us in our bed .

The staff was very nice.. the room was clean however the bed was super squeaky almost like it was broken underneath. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The recliner chair was broken also. It needs a overhaul..

Packed with contractors and construction guys due to local building boom, they have no problem way overcharging. We had a home emergency and had to take what we could get. $200+ on an off-season Tuesday for a badly cleaned tiny room, smelly hallways, no real amenities (not even a hair dryer) bad wi-fi and sketchy security? Front desk staff okay- otherwise, meh. Wouldn’t stay again.

It smelled weird from the time I walked into the lobby. The room smelled even worse. The sink was coming off the wall and the shower head was terrible.

It is one step up from a motel. The bright spot was the staff who are very nice. But the place is overdue for new carpet, beds, bedding, etc.

Rude and liars st the front desk They charged my room for a smoking fee of 250 dolars . I never smome anything in my room. They lady at the front desk laghed at me when i complained about and said sorry there is nothing you can do about it with a smile. They put a mark on my name at the hotels computer. They gave me a bad name and did not help me with my complaint. Again i never smoked anything in my room. This is why i liked coming to this hotel because its a non smoking hotel and i like that.
