Very disappointed Mold growing in the shower, nasty hair in the drain and in the tub, indicating the shower had not been properly cleaned. Black hairs in nearly all the towels in our room. I never once saw someone at the front desk except for check-in and check out. I wasn't even too sure I had clean sheets. Will not be staying here again.

I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower. Took FOREVER to get out the shampoo/conditioner.

At midnight, I called to arrange a late arrival of approximately one hour later, but when I arrived at 1 a.m., the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. When I called again, no one answered. I was going through a terrible family emergency and then had no place to stay. I ended up having to pay for the room in spite of my efforts to notify staff and make arrangements for my arrival time. I drove across town to another hotel where I stayed instead. Away from freeway so no noise Dirty room. Refrigerator not emptied No fan in bathroom. . Pillows horrible. Sheets too thin. No king beds

The fully stockdd kitchenette was not in fact stocked, staff stated you needed to rent pots pans platerwear and silverware. Housekeeping was never in my room had to keep asking for towels. Became effcient at killing cockroaches as they kept coming out of power outlets. Informed staff they said they could get someone there within the week. Stayed there for the work week, will never stay there again

Front desk was rude and unprofessional. The windows to my room were open and would not lock or close completely, the fire sprinkler and it’s housing were hanging from the ceiling and there were patches on the walls, and the breakfast they provide is granola bars and coffee.
