It was in an accident there were no water they can not relocate me in another hotel

The hotel was clean and quiet. Problem came when there was a fire which kinda messed thinks up.

Ridiculous management I booked this stay for my family and it was prepaid. They had the nerve to go to the room and demand payment when the card number was wrong. I don't know how that happened either as I called 2 days prior to confirm everything and was assured it was all set. My sister was forced to pay, and somehow they were upset at me when I asked to reverse it. In what world do they not call the credit card holder when there is an issue with payment. And not to be petty but the room smells.

Run down hotel, bathroom didnt work...we didnt call front desk because it was midnight, when i told the front desk next day, he seemed less than concerned...too much money for that place

SLUM! GROSS Dont Stay! Do not stay here! The first room I was booked into was not cleaned. There was giant cobwebs everywhere and dust. I can't describe how nasty it was. They switched my room to a better one but even that one had crumbs on the counter and floor. Seriously they cannot clean! Cops were out in the parking lot my 3rd night there searching for someone. Creepy people sit and drink in the parking lot. Not a good hotel...slum.

Meh My room was near the stairwell, which employees used to smoke pot. Not cool. Wifi did not work in the room. Front desk didn't help much. She said she would call the company, but didn't. I ended up calling them and they had to reset the access point in our part of the hotel.
