Garbage in bathroom full, garbage under the sink smelt up the room. Old molded food in the cabinets. We ended up cleaning it ourselves because it was so late. Everytime I went to the front desk nobody was standing there and I was not going to waste my birthday night trying to hunt down someone who worked there. I have had better experiences at the Melville location but I am very unhappy with the bethpagelocation, especially because i booked it to relax for my birthday, which inevitably I could not. nothing was appealing... the shower head broke when the water was turned on and the front desk clerk made it very challenging for me to change rooms... horrible stay

Don't think when they say free breakfast that you're getting any type of breakfast. They put out coffee, some small packaged muffins, and a couple granola bars. No breakfast whatsoever. They should really say coffee and muffins. Also, I would bring my own pillows from home if I were you. They only put three pillows on a king size bed, which are horrible. And then when you ask the front desk for a pillow they tell you that they "don't have any" and they'll "have to find one" and then never come bring one to your room, as they... read more

The Desk isnt open 24 hours which became an enormous inconvinence while attempting to check in. Our key cards ramdomly stopped working but thank God we returned to the Hotel in time to exchange them out. The bathroom sink had old make up and tooth paste in it which really made me question the cleanliness of the hotel room. And lastly I had an unusual charge on my Credit Card, thankfully it wasnt hard to dispute that they werent supposed to withdraw extra funds... Called for early check in and was told there was a fee which I was willing to pay. Room should have been ready at 2pm and wasn’t when we arrived.they checked us in but asked us to wait. We sat in the car 45 minutes to see people go in and out being checked in so we figured 2:45 should be sufficient extra rime. We went up to room to find it trashed and the cleaning cart in the room and no one to be found. We went back to the car assuming it would be a bit longer.
