No trash can in room or bathroom, no ice, 3 days no bed made or pick up dirty towels!

They made us leave because they said it was hotel policy that it was to many of us in our room my three kids n husband even thow he work at night and I work during the day and two of my kids go to school so I see no good reason why we had to leave and their was other families with the same amount as us and they was able to stay we wasn't rowdy dirty or disrespectful and we paid on time even after one of the staff use my information and charged my card without my knowledge until I checked my account the only reason she refund... read more

Disaster Room #1= bed was missing a leg, room #2= tried to flush a cockroach down toilet, toilet overflowed and flooded bath and kitchen, plus room reeked of pot, room #3= handicapped room , was okay except tv kept on going on and off, most prob never stay there again

One of the lady’s at the desk was not nice at all She stormed in our room in the middle of the afternoon and said I smell something funny in here. We don’t smoke and we were watching a movie. Then she said this room is discussing and then tried to charge us $150 for a late checkout. We cleaned and threw out all of our garbage ourselves also. I think she must have. Lost her mind that day. How ever we have stayed at the extended stay in Melville and the GM was very nice.
