Checked into my hotel and it had a very body odor smell to it had to go downstairs and request spray to freshen it up. Elevator was also out of service for more than three days which was inconvenient. I usually always stay at Extended stay America for work but this one wasnt that good

There was a very strong awful odour in the room, I could hardly breath. I wanted to change the room, but all other rooms were full. I had to stay one night. I opened the window, turned the AC on, but nothing worked, the odor was just too strong. The rooms were not cleaned properly. They offered me an alternative room the next day. However, there was a cigarette butt next to the window of a non smoking room after it was cleaned, no need to mention the odor too. Squalid and overpriced. Squalid and overpriced. Crappy "breakfast." Overused sheets. "Free internet" but you pay for anything like useful speed.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Room smelled of smoke. Pillow cades smelled of smoke. Why have customers sign a docement stating there's a $250 charge to your credit card if you smoke in the room, when the room already smells like smoke? The elevstor is rickety and rattles when the door is trying to open. Got worried on our ride up whether it was going to open or not. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant anf helpful however. She was the only good part of the visit.

Dog friendly If you need to stay 1 night and are traveling with your dog than it's ok but other than that it's a dump! The bathroom was dirty, the beds are small and uncomfortable, the rooms are very small, crappy tv reception, windows made me feel I was in a crappy apartment building and the towels in our bathroom were not white they had stains.

RUN AWAY This place was a cockroach infested crack house with a vacancy sign - the first room they gave us had a cockroach on the bed, and the second room had a broken Bed! My son and his friend slept in the car and I slept in the chair sitting up. There’s only so much an employee who hardly speaks English cando!
