Unfriendly staff.dirty and smelly carpet and room very dirty, we supposed to be here 5 nights but we left the first night. So dirty beyond belief.

Two Stars is Being Generous This is an extended stay place with a kitchen, but the kitchen had no cups, plates, silverware, etc. There was no coffee maker. The room smelled like smoke.

Its always a semi great stay when I use an extended stay, because It feels like home, however the. Shower was SUPER disappointing, and a reeked of old sour milk abd cigarette/weed smoke, but nonetheless my sleep was good.

First day got in bed blanket had hair all over it. Hotel denied that a dog stayed in room. Handed me new blanket for me to change it. Second day not hot water in the morning. Front desk said boiler broke and they were fixing it. Third day pounding on my door at 7:15 maintenance to vacuum a/c filter. I packed my suitcase and checked out went elsewhere. Hotel poor service, needs an overhaul.

This Hotel is in a good location, the overall cleanliness was ok. When I checked in, they checked me in to someone else's room so from the very beginning I was nervous the same would happen to me and someone would be let into my room the way I was. The hotel is smoke free, but the room I stayed in clearly had been smoked in as it had a stale smoke smell the entire time.

Awful This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. It smelled bad, even in the hallways. The room felt stuffy and sticky. It was not clean at all. We stayed for 2 nights and never got housekeeping service. When I asked about it I was told that it was not a full service hotel even though it advertised daily housekeeping when I booked the room. The staff was unfriendly and should be better trained on customer service. We had a non smoking room but the bathroom smelled of smoke. As if having to be in town for a fun... read more

room was not ready at 4pm. no one cared by the time I got into my room un packed .left came back my toilet was clogged they said had to wait till next day to plunge. no night staff.never will go back. there three days never cam in to change towels or clean trash.....
