Rude staff

When I checked in and arrived at my home, it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I notified reception and was given another room. The hotel had a bad ordor. Trash was all over the property. The area designated for dogs obviously had not been cleaned up in a very long time. I will never stay at this hotel again. A friend of mine stayed as well at the same time and his room had not been cleaned either. We were very disappointed.

I was given someone elses occupied room that was still there when we opened the door

When I purchased the Expedia cheaper hotel and told me I had a king size bed and when I got there they had no king size bed left staff was horrible I will never book from Expedia again

I checked in and i got a second floor room, as soon as i got out of the elevator there was a strong marihuana smell on the hole hallway toward my room. I went back to the reception requesting a different room with no luck, so i had to suck it up

the property location was great and the rooms were ok but the customer service in a nice way was lacking everything the manager was rude to everyone she came in contact with along with a young man that did not want to talk to you never mind help you. The night clerk was very nice along with one of the female day clerks. There are no items in the cabinets to use you need to go get them at the front desk when i asked if they deliver them to the room the kid mumbled we have them here o so you don't deliver them again we have th... read more
