Hallways were filled with smoke, 2 rooms had bed bugs, bed sheets had stains, room wasn’t thoroughly clean.

The room smells like stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast is coffee with coffee mate and granola bars or packaged muffins.

Everything was completely fine until I got bit by bed bugs... Couldn't sleep at all couldn't wait to leave

Terrible service, we wait about 30 minutes to be attended at the main desk cuz the only worker was very occupied changing a light bulb , 30 minutes to change a light bulb people , that place suck

Hotel is pretty bad.. floor in the room was wet . Only 2 little pillows for a king size bed , no iron or hairdryer in room it’s a communal iron.. I could not stop laughing when I found out!! Never again !!!

Extremely unsatisfied I was very disappointed, I booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room which completely ruined the mood for my family especially since I have a 5 and 7 year old who by the way also found a used bandaid in the sheets, not acceptable! I was in town for an event and running late, I was unable to request a change of room but it was clearly on my reservation, I don’t understand the mix up. We were extremely disappointed.
