Disappointed I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and liked it enough to come back. When checking it we were told that there were not queen rooms left and we’d be upgraded to a king room. When we arrived in the room it was not a king and I had requested an accessible room, which the room was not.

Undertrained staffed Hotel. Absolutely horrendous horrible. Horrible customer customer, horrible management, unclean, unhealthy accommodation. Board of health should pay them a visit
