Terrible mal olor Hotel horrible y carísimo súper mal estado viejo creo que en general la ciudad de Los Angeles nunca ha renovado sus hoteles pero definitivamente este estaba muy feo mal olor no limpiaron el cuarto ni un solo día

Hotel cancelled my reservation while traveling to hotel. Was very unprofessional!

arrived just to be turned away because they were overbooked . I will say the front desk night clerk gal did reach out to Expedia and they ( after 1/2 hr. of back and forth ) were able to reserve me something nearby.

TV was too low. Had to it to a table so could watch. Bed was lop sided. Rug was dirty/stained.

location was good, staff didn't really care, check in was horrible, room not ready, came back a few hours later, still not ready, said to come back at 5ish, are you kidding me. ended up splitting room to get us in. horrible breakfast. floor was sticky in the rooms, frig, (in both rooms) was beat up and didn't work well in one of the rooms. soap / shampoo was a joke or not even there. overall i would never stay there again nor would I ever tell anyone to stay there. Broken elevator, broken fridge, nobody cleaned our room. We stayed 2 night, room were in 4th floor

Kitchen light didn’t work, bathroom fridge made loud noise all day couldn’t sleep at all! Key to room was hard to use had to switch door keys 2 times!

The room was not clean, was not sanitized properly. Iron and ironing board were missing, had to go to front desk to retreve. I would not stay there again!
