Did not have my room available even after having months in advance reservation and paid for, horrible

Ran out of towels at front desk. Fire sprinkler started leaking in the middle of the night. Called front desk and was told maintenance would look at it the next day. As far as I know no one ever came to look at it. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Misleading in the picture

Felt unsafe during check in and going back to room at night. Incident occurred between reception and another guest during check in. Several people gathered another back entrance late at night. My room wasn’t available so I was downgraded without a price adjustment.

The location is great, very accessible to the roads and next to a shopping center. The room was very comfortable, BUT there was a BAD SMELL in the room that didn't let us sleep all night and never went away. Also the room had only one roll of toilet paper, I asked for more but they didn't have any.

I didn't like that they overbooked and I had to find a different hotel at 3:00 am.
