The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful, close to many restaurants and shopping center. The hotel smelled like smoke, no towels at check in and I could feel every spring in the worn out mattress. Shocked that this low quality of a hotel was in Burbank. Do not recommend, save your money and stay at a Motel 6 if you’re just looking for a cheap stay.

The only good thing I can say about our stay was the chick behind the counter who welcomed us… that’s it. The place looks like it needs a major make over. Maybe because it is a pet friendly hotel that it isn’t that appealing in appearance at all! The elevator , only one worked and the one that did squeaked badly as it open and shuts. When the elevator opened to our floor , 2nd floor for us, it reeked so bad of garbage…. The room is quite old compare with what I saw in photo. There's no any amenity in bathroom, even towel need to call and go to pick at front, water level is quite low. Good things are location, it's super closed to Target Supermarket and restaurant near by, free parking, wifi and staff is friendly.

No room service at all, i got room for 2 nights bed didn't fix, i got 2 towels one of them was dirty and looks like used already, my room supposed to be smock free, but the time i enered i smelled sigarette. No the best hotel, right next door (about 5 miles) Marriott hotel - next time i will stay there.

Room was not clean, bathroom trash had not been picked up from previous occupants, carpets were filthy. No amenities in the kitchenette so not sure of the purpose of having one of you have no supplies to cook. Paid for two nights, left after the first night. Took my chances with a house full of COVID patients than stay one more night here.

Skittent, lukt av urin og avføring på rom. Sliten standard. Byttet totalt tre rom, men måtte flytte ut pga det jeg anså som helseskadelig tilværelse. Trivelig betjening.
