When we first arrived the lady at the front desk was not friendly. We head up to our room 205 and there is no water whatsoever. We go back down the lady says about 30 minutes the water will be back on. After 1.5 hours the water is finally on. Once the water was bad on took about 3 or 4 hours for the hot water to heat up. The bed was hard and there is no duvet on the bed so I was cold. I would bring an extra blanket. The shower head is awful. You cannot change the setting to get more water pressure. I like staying at this location because it’s close to Target and has walkable dining options. There are several good stores nearby.
On website it says breakfast included, that was not the case. Coffee bar is not breakfast, if it said that on the website i would have not booked because i do not drink coffee. Also each morning the room rug was wet near the desk. The first night my childs clothes got all wet, and theybstated theybwould let managment know, mangement never reached out to me. THERE WAS ONLY ONE STAFF AT FRONT DESK TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING, AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKS AND i STAYED OVER A MONTH AGO AND THE 2ND ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK THEN.
