THERE WAS ONLY ONE STAFF AT FRONT DESK TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING, AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKS AND i STAYED OVER A MONTH AGO AND THE 2ND ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK THEN.

Well, I wish the soap bar was larger or at least provide extra soap, also, we only found 1 full size towel, we later asked for an extra one, but were given bundles of smaller size towels.
The room was great, the only issue was the door would not close properly I formed management but nothing was done about it.

Happy guest. It was an awesome stay. They upgraded us to a suite, no charge and they treated us like family.

Check in nightmare I usually get a room there about once a week. I always check in a little early. This last time they wouldn’t let me check in early I was told because someone important was there and they were checking the rooms. Their is no restroom in the lobby so I had to wait. So I waited in the parking lot and came back when I was told to come back. They still were not doing early check-ins. So I went back to sit in the car.
