Room was dirty and smelled like weed. However, customer service was great. She was able to accommodate by giving me another room, however it was the same thing.

I'm paying you for this? I was confused about no coffee maker/coffee in room. Had to request- along with anything else needed in the kitchen? Had to remove and dispose of trash? Grab and go breakfast consisted of a granola bar and gosh awful coffee. Strange business model. Won't be back.

Not a good stay Staff was excellent housekeeping. However, no I had a very nasty pillow and I didn't know to the next morning after I slept my face on it room still had other people's shoes under the bed and was not cleaned well at all nothing like I thought when I booked it and seen the rooms the rooms were very small. Beds were small. Overall, I would never stay there again. I say it was all right would not stay there again Had to constantly go get a room key because the key was not working. Who ever lived above our room they bumped all night long. could not get towels are wash towels cloths from the housekeeper.
