Hotel Stay Check-in/check-out was quick and the front desk employees were nice and welcoming. We were close to universal studios which was great. There were also many nearby shops like target where we could get what we need for our stay. It does say breakfast included but it consisted of bars, muffins and already brewed coffee.

Property was in a convenient location and was clean.
Burbank Family Trip Crew at front desk is great, property needs renovation, no tv remote available at the room

We had to switch from a more run down motel because it as not located in a safe area. Not really any breakfast just grab and go, but most likely because these rooms come with a kitchen. Carpets a little dated, we were missing towels, no ironing board, slight stale scent. BUT the staff was nice...the girl who checked us out was super nice and engaging.
