Would not stay here again. Old building, old rooms, old dirty furniture. They need to update and remodel rooms. Drug dealing in front of hotel.

The hotel has had no power for hours now. There’s no generator to bring power back on to the complex, so it’s been sitting in the dark. Not exactly the best way to celebrate my birthday.

We found this place online and thought it looked wonderful. It smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. The floor of the hotel felt grimey. There was a hole in the wall of our room that was disturbing. The water pressure was terrible. There was a questionable male walking around the property all hours of the night/day. We would not stay here again

Run Down Didn't seem particularly clean and did not offer room service. A little run down. The shower had major problems of paint and tiles peeling off, I didn't want to use it.

One of the worst experiences. The elevator was making noice like it will collapse any time. The elevator smells all time. The carpet was not cleaned. We asked for non smoking room, still they assigned smoking room. The breakfast is trap. They are only serving coffee, hot water, muffins,bars and hot coffee. So anyone is coming fir complimentary breakfasts its trap. Except one person no one know how to do customer service, no smile on tbe face. I would not recommend to staying in this place .

NEXT TIME I’LL SKIP IT “Fully equipped kitchens” is debatable. There were no utensils, skillets, dishes, etc., in the room and I was told none were available when I checked in. Very disappointing since the whole reason I chose ESA was so I could prepare my own meals. Thanks to Rebecca (thank you, Rebecca!!), she was able to put together the things I needed to cook, minus a skillet. Skillets must be in high demand. The rooms were run down—kind of depressing. Had to cancel Room had an odor that wasn’t pleasing, air conditioner was not working at first, no remote for the tv and lastly the most important thing was that there was a leak from the restroom above. Water leaked down the restroom wall and on the floor. Canceled reservation after and left
