They cancel my room the day of.

This place is really run down. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and while no experience is ever perfect, this is the first hotel I've sworn I'll never stay at again. The carpet in the middle of the room had a large hole in it, there were two giant paint splotches on the walls (what were they trying to cover up!?), the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were zero amenities immediately available. ESTAY refused to change the room due to cig smell and refused room service for 1 week stay, they didn't have the kitchenware yet they offer kitchen. I think it has become a homeless hotel by charging the taxpayers double yet regular staying guest are treated like homeless too!

The room was really dirty The room was really dirty and they didn’t have any actual cups or plates or anything, they gave us little paper cups and I had to buy paper plates and bowls from the Walmart nearby. There was stains on just about everything, The staff was really unprofessional when I called and asked about an early check in.
