がっかりです 口コミがよかったので宿泊しましたが泊まってみてがっかりです。設備は古くタオルも使い古したようなタオルでした。水回りも清潔とは言えるレベルではなく、４泊の予定ですが２泊してホテルをチェンジしました。CHINO HILLSにはショッピングレストランが沢山ありますので車で少し行けば便利な場所ですがそれだけです。二度と泊まりません。
Not for extended stays Spartan. No hairdryer. No tissues! Exceedingly cheap linens. Shower dripped. Sink was clogged. I guess I traded those things for a hotel room that was maybe forty dollars cheaper than others available that evening.
チノではモーテルレベルの宿泊施設しかない！？ 内容はホテルと言うより完全モーテルでした！部屋の掃除は7日に1度とあり、数日の滞在では掃除なし。タオルも自分でフロントに使いおわったタオルを持ち込み交換してもらうしくみ。シャンプー、リンス、ドライヤーもありません。古いエアコンなので音が大きく、すぐそばのハイウェイの音も夜ウルサイ。
I was really satisfied when I stay here last year. so I visit here again last month. BUT! I was really disappointed with this hotel. Cups were not clean, and then THERE ARE LOTS OF HAIR ON BED! IT WAS TOO DISGUSTED. SO I SLEPT ON BIG TOWEL ALL NIGHT LONG!!

Nothing in room All of the sundries that would normally be in the room were at the front desk so, shampoo, hair dryer etc. you had to go down and ask for them at the front desk. Also the continental breakfast was broken down at 9:30am, and we had no prior notice that it ended, (the packet we received didn't show what time that the breakfast ended.) The beds were very hard, and the clerk said that they were brand new. If so they purchased boards not mattresses.
Horrible experience No soap, dirty stained towels, stained yellow pillows and blankets. Shower burned me. Couldn't turn off water. My dad had to come turn off the shower with a wrench . No maintenance man on call.
I would not bother next time Well first off there were only two towels and one washcloth in a room supposedly for two people. No soap in the bathroom at all, people at the front desk new there was problems and didn't even bother to tell people when they check in that there's no soap in the rooms. Very poorly managed!
Hotel from Hell!!! I have been a "Road Warrior", traveling on the road for business for almost 35 years. In all that time, my one night stay at Extended Stay in Chino was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. As I pulled up to the hotel, their was a Police presents in the parking lot, with over 8 police vehicles in the load and unload area and nearby parking lot. o.k. would not stay again Difficult to find. Corporate Center Corporate Center Ave was hard to find. Coffee pot in room NO coffee. pot was not clean. TV cable was loose reception was poor
