OK The flooring needed cleaning. The hotel was quite dirty. The windows made it quiet, but the loud walking upstairs was annoying.

Creepy hotel noises at night no house keeping Had fun with the family
Pull back the sheets of the bed and be scared I was dissapointed that ES was not in the condition I was accustom to. I have not personally stayed at ES but I have had my sales team stay at ES for years and never received a complaint about the quality. Unexpected experience of the last day First few days were fine the last two days were very disappointing we extende online till Friday 11:00 am we got the confirmation and the amount to be paid we went to pay and hotel . Com extension was not honored by the desk clerk he refused to extend and said they are sold out and I said then how come hotel.com did the extension ? Room was old, bathroom fan and light were very noisy. Huge stains all over the carpet. The door to the rooms look as if dogs have been scratching on them with no repair. The hallway outside of the room continuously smelled of a mixture of smoke and dog urine even though it was a no smoking floor. The grounds surrounding the building (parking lot area) had large roaches crawling at night.
Don't ask for help My brother passes away and I contacted the hotel and told them I needed an early check in because I was coming from out of state and I needed a place to get ready for an early afternoon service. They told me the only time I could check in was after 3:00pm. The room also had an no refund when I reserved it.
